We are authorized by ACTIA to organize training courses on the exploitation of tachoraphs, their principals of work, exploitation etc for the service companies of commercial vehicles, for drivers and managers of transport companies, representatives of other organizations. We have well-prepared materials and special training equipment, for example, a demonstration case for teaching how to use digital tachographs (see picture N1, you can find more detailed information in ‘Presentation of ACTIA TrainTach with a full set of all four digital chip-cards) .

Only professional teachers specializing in commercial transport (and tachographs) and also teachers from abroad (the representatives from ACTIA,

representatives from EU transport inspection (Poland in particular) do all the training.

At the moment we have a rather weird situation in Ukraine. It is absolutely impossible to use properly digital tachographs. It is mainly caused by the lack of infrastructure and authorized body which issues smart cards for digital tachographs. We know that since 2006 all new vehicles of leading western producers are fitted exclusively with digital tachographs. Consequently, these vehicles are already on Ukrainian roads. Taking into consideration all above said, we find ourselves in a quite stupid situation – back to the past. To avoid problems with the controlling bodies and at the same time to comply with transport regulations, the transport companies have to swap digital tachographs into the ordinary analogue ones. We were the first in Ukraine to master that procedure and we do it professionally. We know exactly how to install analogue tachograph in the on-board system of a modern vehicle.
